Welcome to HMAT Technologies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and applications. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You may use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You agree not to use the platform to upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, our servers, or any connected systems.
  • You agree not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our written consent.
  • You must not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.
  • You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

  • The HMAT Technologies platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by HMAT Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform ("Your Content").
  • By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide our services.
  • You must not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without written permission.
  • Our name, logo, and branding are trademarks of HMAT Technologies and may not be used without permission.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Certain features and services may require payment. Pricing is available on our services page or through direct consultation.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
  • We will provide invoices for all transactions through the platform.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is settled.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
  • HMAT Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of our services.

6. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
  • We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data before account deletion, unless termination is due to Terms violation.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
  • If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HMAT Technologies operates.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
  • If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or third-party service failures.
